ABOUT ME

Thanks for reading my blog. I'm Mark Craggs, I'm 20 and from North-East England. I have decided to start a blog as a platform to talk about cars, and motorsport in particular. I work in football, both coaching junior teams and doing media work for senior teams, but as a huge car lover I would like a place to create car related content.
I am currently studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland. Alongside university I volunteer as a media assistant at Sunderland AFC Ladies, helping to create content for the club's website and covering matches through match reports and live Twitter match updates. Before moving to Sunderland I volunteered at Newcastle United Women and Alnwick Town, where I was responsible for creating content for the club's websites, social media accounts and YouTube channels.
My interest in motorsport began at a very young age, with the World Rally Championship being my first love. After getting into football I watched less motorsport but my interest has slowly increased over the past couple of years, and I try to watch as many different championship in as many different disciplines as I can. Due to working in women's sport I have become interested in women in motorsport and this will be one of the key points of this blog.
Once again, thanks for reading and hope you enjoy.
