3. Max Verstappen (Formula 1)
What can be said about this young man. In his fourth season of F1 at the age of 20, Max Verstappen is a massively divisive character in Formula 1 at the moment, some loving his aggression and determination, with others thinking he needs to change his approach. A tricky start to 2018 has developed into the Dutchman putting in a number of mature, successful drives as we head into the last weekend before the summer break.
I have no doubt this man is ready to be the next dominant force in F1. With 11 years on Sebastian Vettel and 13 years on Lewis Hamilton, the Red Bull man has a long future ahead of him. Possessing the confidence and aggression of a young Vettel or Hamilton, you can't help but think his growing maturity will almost guarantee future success.
